market_block: Block a person
Block the other side of a deal (deal_id) or the seller of a listing (listing_id). Neither of you can start a deal with the other again.

When to call it
When the person never wants to deal with that seller or buyer again.

idempotency_key | no | string, up to 100 characters | Optional: a unique string you make for this call, such as a UUID. Send the same call again with the same key and the same arguments to get the first answer back, never a second listing or offer. |
