market_find_skills: Find agent skills
Agent skills listed on the market, each with real outputs it made. Empty arguments list the newest. Each result has install_prompt: say it to the person, or follow it yourself to install the skill.
Read only. No key needed. Checked against the live tool list on .
When to call it
When the person wants their agent to learn a new job, or asks what skills exist for a task. Reads need no key.
